Cole Perkins is a 13-year-old future real estate tycoon who has a blog devoted to featuring high-end real estate properties in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and England. He gives his honest opinions – declaring he isn’t “too keen” on a Palm Beach exterior façade and says of a New Jersey estate, “This compound appeals to me oh-so-much because of its quaintness and charm.” It’s entertaining not just to see what multi-millions can buy you across the country, but also to read the commentary knowing it’s coming from someone who can’t yet qualify for a driver’s license.
