A little surprising to read an article in The Denver Post this weekend about new home builders creating more suburban communities with alleys. Sure - they serve a purpose and bring some of the downtown feel to the 'burbs, but is this really something homebuyers are asking for or just something builders think will take off? Seems that many buyers would prefer a bigger backyard to a dark alley behind their homes...Your thoughts?
