Half-Priced Homes from HUD

Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have recently announced incentives, including closing costs assistance, through the end of the year to attract buyers. Now HUD is offering a Good Neighbor Next Door program specifically designed to reward some of the hardest working, stand-up individuals in our communities – teachers, law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMTs. Those who work in these professions can purchase a HUD-owned property at half of its appraised value.
